Dr. Beatrice Muganda Inyangala is the Principal Secretary (PS) for the State Department for Higher Education and Research in Kenya’s Ministry of Education. She is a seasoned educator and policy leader, known for her work in transforming higher education across Africa through innovative pedagogy and research.  Dr. Beatrice is the immediate former Deputy Executive Director at the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR), where she worked for 11 years.  

Dr Beatrice holds -;
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Moi University, Kenya.  
Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Planning & Economics of Education – Moi University.  
Ph.D. in Education – University of Athens, Greece.  
Further Training International Institute of Educational Planning, Paris, France.  

Her notable Contributions to Higher Education

I.Policy Development: Actively involved in shaping education policy in Kenya and across Africa.
II.Global Engagement: Participated in international education policy dialogues, including 
III.Association of African Universities, EU-Africa policy forums, and the London School of Economics Africa Summit.
