Dr. Joy Mugambi

Dr. Joy Mugambi is a Family Physician, health systems leader and global health advocate. She serves as Secretary General of the Commonwealth Medical Association, Lancet Commissioner on the Transformation of Primary Health Care, and President of the Kenya Association of Family Physicians. She sits on the Kenya Human Resource Advisory Council and has held board roles across regional and global health bodies. At county level, she leads health administration and planning for Nakuru County Government, overseeing one of Kenya's largest public health systems.
