Dr. Ouma Oluga PS is a prominent figure in Kenya's healthcare sector, known for his significant contributions as the Principal Secretary for Medical Services in the Ministry of Health. He has a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), a Master's degree in Internal Medicine, and fellowships in Monitoring and Evaluation (Health) and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Oluga has served in various capacities, including as the Secretary-General of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) and as the Chief Officer of Health in the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS).
